To Our IBC Community Regarding COVID-19

As we follow the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the health and safety of our employees and our clients remain our top priority.  As your trusted business partner, We are reaching out to you personally to let you know what we are doing to maintain safety standards and keep your business connected to our services during this time.

IBC has been operating in a virtual office environment since December 2017.  As such, we only need to make minor changes to our practice.  These minor changes include a temporary no travel policy to client sites and other business events until further notice.   Because we've been operating virtually for more than 2 years now, you should have no concerns in terms of our ability to continue servicing your business through our helpdesk email and online portal, our basecamp project tool, virtual meetings, and screen sharing software.

We are here to help!  Thank you for being a valued business partner.  May you stay healthy and safe!

Warmest regards,

Jodi and Melissa
