Jodi maintains several software certifications and her experience as an iMIS Consultant for over eight years provides her with the expertise to understand both technical and business practice needs. As an expert in the field, she has made various presentations to non-profit organizations and industry executives.
She is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and serves on the Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee. Prior to IBC, Jodi worked for 11 years in Sales and Technical Consulting for IBM. With 35 years of industry experience, Jodi has enjoyed continued success providing software solutions to organizations of all types and sizes.

Melissa and her team of consultants work with clients to streamline business processes, increase efficiency, decrease costs and enhance services for members and donors. Melissa maintains several software certifications and her experience as an iMIS consultant for over 24 years provides her with the expertise to understand both technical and business practice needs. As a sought-after expert in the field, she has conducted numerous iMIS training classes and has made various presentations to non-profit organizations and industry executives at NiUG and ASI.
She is an active member of American Society of Association Executives, a Member of the Board of Directors for the International iMIS User Group (NiUG), and serves on the Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce Technology Committee.
