iMIS Add-On Modules:
Event Questionnaire
Manager The Event Questionnaire Manager was developed to
allow iMIS 15 end users the ability to easily enter, review and edit the
entry of event registrants' responses. The module can be embedded
into the iMIS 15 left hand navigation or can be used with the iMIS 15
Casual website. EQM allows staff to complete Event Surveys for
registrations completed in the iMIS desktop application and registration
transfers. EQM also comes with standard reports and the ability to
change the theme of the module.
IBC SSO Provider The iBC SSO
provider is our unified login approach geared towards solving mission
critical cross authentication and session synchronization between
multiple web applications. Under the scenario where multiple web
applications must work together a seamless Single Sign on (SSO) process
must be implemented. The iBC Single Sign On provider is completely
plug and play, leaving the core iMIS infrastructure intact. Just
through web.config modifications the IMIS 15 solution can be configured
to use the SSO provider. IBC has several satisfied clients
using this in production and several more scheduled to implement.
All which have external vendors on separate domains.
The SSO provider developed by Intuitive Business Concepts is centralized
around IMIS 15 and Microsoft.Net technology.
iEvents Publisher This module
was developed to easily transport an event setup from one database to
another. This module is extremely helpful for our larger clients who
have meticulous communications and marketing departments who review,
edit and approve Event setup online and require staging before go
live. This module provides a quick and easy way to move the entire
event and function set up including the web setup in both iMIS 10.6 and
iMIS15 (including the new i15 question/survey setup) from the test
(staging) environment database into production. The module is also
helpful for new clients during the go live process in transporting a
fully tested prototype event setup into the live environment post
conversion. The module does not allow insert of identical event codes
but will allow event over-write as long as the user approves an
over-write and the event in the target database does not have any
existing registrations. The option is embedded on the iMIS Events menu
(Navigation Designer is required for i15).
iSimple Coupon (for
Events): For the iMIS15 Public Views, several of our clients
required the ability to allow members to enter coupon codes when
registering for an event online to provide for a discounted
registration. Coupon codes would be transmitted via email
marketing campaigns and/or other method to prospective registrants and
the registrant would be required to input the coupon code during
registration check-out to receive the discount. IBC developed an add-on
to the iMIS15 Public View, Event registration program to allow for input
of a coupon code on the final "summary" page.
